WoodBridge toilets have become quite popular through their sales on online stores like Amazon. In fact some of their models like the WoodBridge T-0001 One Piece Toilet pictured to the left are some of the best selling toilets on Amazon.
However, relatively new and small brand in the toilet industry, you might have questions about WoodBridge toilets like, about the brand and where they are made, whether its reliable and how is the after sales service. I had the same questions too and below are the answers I found for them after bit of researching and digging into.
Who Makes WoodBridge Toilets?
“Who makes WoodBridge toilets,” is one of the most frequently asked question about this toilet brand. WoodBridge toilets and other WoodBridge branded products are supplied and marketed directly by ‘WoodBridge Bath’, a bath & kitchen products company located in Cerritos, CA. They supply and distribute “WoodBridge” branded kitchen & bath products for several years.
For being a relatively new toilet brand, WoodBridge toilets sell like hot cakes. For example, the “WoodBridge T-0001 Dual Flush Elongated One Piece Toilet” (photo below) is their best selling toilet. It has been in the market for couple of years now. This model has quickly become a best seller and very highly rated dual flush toilet.
Where Are WoodBridge Toilets Made?
Where WoodBridge toilets are made is another popular frequently asked question. This is in a way related to the first question and I tried to find out where these toilet are made. Unfortunately I couldn’t find where exactly these toilets are manufactured. WoodBridge Bath company website or stores where WoodBridge products are sold don’t mention the location or the country of manufacture.
Update March 18, 2018: Somebody had asked on Amazon, “Where is it made?” and someone named Cathey had answered saying, she found it mentioned on the box as, “made in China”.” Here is the link to this question and answer on Amazon. However, I also found another similar Q&A on Amazon about this toilets origin. The answer to this query said, they couldn’t find where it was made on the toilet or on the paperwork but the instruction did seem like a translation, so he thinks it probably was not made in the USA.
The best I could find on the company website, simply stated that they supply and distribute “WoodBridge” brand Kitchen & Bath products. They also claim that WoodBridge Products are manufactured following standards of precise automation. And that you buy this branded products directly from WoodBridge, with no “middle-man” to mark up prices, which is the reason these high quality toilets are cheaper than other similar standard and feature toilets.
Overall I’m very impressed with the achievement of WoodBridge toilet as a small, new toilet brand. Judging by sales on online stores, WoodBridge has managed to beat well known competitors in the industry.

Admin,

The website woodbridgebath.com is no longer available. The URL leads to a dead domain name.
You are right. I just checked. Its very strange because I visited their website only couple of days ago and it was working fine. I wonder wether their website could have been hacked and redirected to the Chinese/Japanese Ad page its showing now.
I just checked their Amazon page. Their toilets are still on sale. There are 5 Amazon reviews left for WoodBridge toilets this week alone and even one from yesterday.
Wood Bridge Bath website is back again now and working as before. I think it was hacked by hackers for a day or two.
The website is back down now. They need better security!
I just talked to customer service at phone number on web site and she said the toilet were made in China “at their factory” but would not give me any name of factory. I specifically asked what to do if there were problems with bidet or toilet and was informed there “wouldn’t be any problems” .
Thank you Kathy for checking up and sharing these details with us.
